All our services тАФ including job listings, resume assistance, career guidance, skill development programs, and recruiter tools тАФ are digitally delivered through our online platform.
No physical shipping is involved.
Upon successful payment, users will receive instant access to the purchased service(s) via email and/or dashboard login.
If there is any delay in activation (beyond 24 hours), users should contact support immediately.
As a digital service provider, we do not generally offer returns or refunds once a service is accessed or consumed. However, we do offer limited refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible Refund Scenarios:
Duplicate or accidental payments
Technical issues that prevent access to services (unresolved within 3 business days)
Inadvertent purchase of an incorrect service not yet accessed
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Change of mind after purchase
Service already accessed, downloaded, or used
Lack of results (e.g., not receiving a job interview/call is not grounds for refund)
Refund Process:
To apply for a refund, email support@bharatprogressive.com┬аwithin 48 hours of the transaction. Include your full name, email, order ID, and reason for the refund.
Our team will process your request within 5тАУ7 business days.
You may cancel your subscription or service before activation or use. Once a service is accessed, cancellation is no longer permitted.
Subscription Plans:
Users must cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at least 24┬аhours prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
No partial refunds will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
Single-Purchase Services:
Once purchased and delivered, cancellation is not applicable.
